Classic Escapes is now hiring for Executive Assistant Position

Position: Executive Assistant 

Organization: Classic Escapes Inc.

Status: Position available November 2nd, 2015  

The Executive Assistant position is one which requires extensive organization, time and detail management skills. You will be working directly with the President of the company as well as members of the other departments.  The ability to wear many different hats and work under pressure is a must for the Executive Assistant.  We are looking to hire this person to begin working November 2, 2015. We do not accept any phone calls for this position!

Responsibilities will include; 

Organizing travel logistics for the President and outside sales team. 

Assisting the President in various tasks.  

Maintaining the President’s calendar. 

Event planning for various conferences throughout the year.

Drafting various documents such as contracts, job postings, itineraries, proposals and pre-departure documents.

Creating PowerPoints for the outside sales team. 

Maintaining and actively posting on social media accounts. 

Ordering supplies for the office. 

Screening and hiring applicants as needed. 

Answering and transferring phone calls as needed. 

Updating contact and client lists.

Some data entry.

Requirements of Qualifications

Must be a team player.

Must have a background in customer relations.

Must be able to prioritize, produce and keep track of numerous projects simultaneously.

Must possess the ability to absorb new knowledge quickly as well as a willingness to learn.

Must have a get the job done attitude. 

Must possess the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Strong communication skills, oral and written. 

Well versed in Microsoft word, publisher, excel, access, outlook. 

Travel Industry background is a plus, but not a requirement.


The salary range for this position will be between $35- 40k.
